Established in 2017, Empower Behavioral Services is committed to serving children with disabilities and their families in the Fredericksburg area. All of our ABA treatment methodology is evidence-based and focuses on creating meaningful and lasting change in our clients' lives.

Empower provides a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for all children. We implement a progressive ABA approach with an emphasis on natural environment teaching and reinforcement based learning.

Founder and Director
Elizabeth Brady, M.Ed, BCBA, LBA
Elizabeth Brady has been practicing applied behavior analysis for over 15 years. She has extensive experience working with children and young adults diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities across a variety of settings including public and private schools, home-based, and ABA clinics. Additionally, Elizabeth served as an adjunct faculty member in the Applied Behavior Analysis Masters Program at William James College in Newton, MA. Elizabeth founded Empower Behavioral Services, LLC in 2017 with the goal of creating a progressive and supportive learning space for all children based on the principles of ABA. Elizabeth's clinical areas of interest include prompting techniques and their effects on skill acquisition, natural environment teaching, Relational Frame Theory, and functional communication training. Elizabeth holds a Master of Education from Cambridge College, a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Emerson College, and is a Licensed Behavior Analyst through the Virginia Board of Medicine.

Preschool Program Director
Britney Casey, BCBA, LBA
Britney Casey has over a decade of experience in the field of ABA and has been a BCBA since 2018. Britney holds a master's degree in Developmental Psychology from George Mason University and a bachelor's degree from James Madison University. Throughout her career, Britney has worked as a Senior Clinical Director and has supported individuals ranging in age from 1 to 75 across a variety of settings, including schools, homes, therapeutic day programs, and community-based environments. Her true passion lies in early childhood, where she finds joy in helping young children explore the world around them and develop the skills to express themselves with confidence.

Director of Clinical Training and Development
Matthew Gallagher, BCBA, LBA
Matthew Gallagher oversees staff training, professional development, and clinical supervision initiatives. With a passion for building strong, supportive clinicians, Matthew specializes in mentoring staff to ensure high-quality, evidence-based services for clients. Matthew also manages graduate-level practicum for staff members who are pursuing board certification. He designs specific training programs and gives 1:1 mentorship to help these staff members reach their professional goals. Matthew holds a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and a BS in Criminal Justice from Liberty University.

Clinical Supervisor
Catherine Evans, BCaBA, LABA
Catherine Evans has been working in the field of ABA for six years. She holds a BS in Psychology from Mary Washington University, a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology, and is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. After growing up with an older brother who has Downs Syndrome, Catherine always knew she wanted a career helping others. Catherine's special interests include teaching self-advocacy using functional communication training.

Lead RBT
Reilly Campbell, RBT
Reilly Campbell is currently pursuing her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Mary Baldwin University and is working towards her board certification. She has been an RBT for three years working in both clinic and home settings. Reilly is passionate about all aspects of the field of ABA. She is especially interested in using functional communication training with early learners and and enjoys helping clients achieve their goals.

Lead RBT
Angelique Hodge
Angelique has worked as an RBT in home and clinic-based settings over the past three years. She is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Mary Baldwin University and holds a BA in Psychology from the University of New Haven. Angelique is a proud member of the Lambda Pi Upsilon Sorority, Inc. which has shaped her values of leadership, service, and community. She truly enjoys learning and applying the principles of ABA to make a positive difference in people's lives. She is especially passionate about building her clients' communication repertoires and fostering positive behavior change.

Lead RBT
Paige Dildine
Paige Dildine holds a master's degree in Special Education with a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University. She is currently completing her fieldwork experience as she pursues her board certification. Prior to her career in ABA, Paige was a kindergarten teacher in the public school setting. Paige is passionate about blending her teaching expertise with ABA to create meaningful learning experiences for children.

Scheduling Coordinator
Madison Forrester
Madison Forrester manages all scheduling and ensures smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic. Madison is currently pursuing a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling at Liberty University and holds a BA in Psychology from Liberty University. Madison is a Registered Behavior Technician and hopes to pursue a master's in ABA in the future.
