Get Started

1
Insurance Approval
We begin by checking the ABA benefits with your insurance plan. An authorization for an initial ABA assessment is then submitted. The timeline for authorization varies by insurance plan.
2
Assessment and Treatment Plan
Our BCBAs complete a comprehensive evaluation including records review, parent interviews, formal assessments, and direct observations. A treatment plan is developed within one week of the assessment.
3
Service Initiation
The BCBA will review the treatment plan with you and then submit the plan to insurance for approval. Once approval is received, services may start.

Services
All services are based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Individual treatment plans are designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and tailored to each clients' needs. Programming is evidence-based, data-driven, and closely managed by your child's treatment team.
